Register to Visit the Study Group

Visitors are welcome at Sanchin Aikido.

All visitors must read, respect, and follow the club rules and, upon arrival, should familiarise themselves with the visitor information sheet.

Sanchin Aikido reserves the right to deny entry to any person for any event it runs (including, but not limited to, classes, study group sessions, seminars, social gatherings, etc.) to ensure a safe, friendly, and comfortable environment for all study group members and approved visitors.  Participation in all activities under the supervision of a Sanchin Aikido instructor are at the sole discretion of that supervising instructor.

Visitors must be active members of an existing aikidō club or organisation and proof of membership should be made available upon request.  Any visitor who is not an active member of an existing aikidō club or organisation should instead register their interest in becoming a study group member.

To register as a visitor to the study group, please fill out this form and provide some basic details.  You only need to complete this form once.

Please note that in order to participate in activities with the study group your name and date of birth will be shared with the student insurance provider for the group via the British Martial Arts and Boxing Association, by applying for visitor status you attest to your consent for this data to be shared and processed for insurance purposes only.
